These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://cognitgo.ai/ (the "Site"), operated by CognitGo ("CognitGo," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What this Site is

CognitGo is a brand of SalesCatcher LLC, located at 1570 N Batavia St, Orange, CA 92867. In these Terms, "CognitGo," "we," "us," and "our" refer to SalesCatcher LLC.

This Site provides information about CognitGo and its services for franchised new-car dealerships. It lets you learn about our products, request materials, and contact us. Using one of our paid services is governed by a separate written agreement between CognitGo and the dealership — not by these Terms. If anything in these Terms conflicts with that service agreement, the service agreement controls for that relationship.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • use the Site in any way that violates a law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Site;
  • scrape, copy, or harvest content except as allowed by these Terms; or
  • use the Site to send unsolicited or unauthorized communications.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site, or remove content, at any time and for any reason.

SMS Terms

Program: Quoted by CognitGo lead notifications. By opting in through your user profile in our web application, you agree to receive automated text messages from CognitGo about new sales leads and related account notifications. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply START to resume. Reply HELP for help or contact support@cognitgo.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy at https://www.cognitgo.ai/privacy.

Customer inquiry texts: If you submit an internet inquiry to a dealership that uses Quoted by CognitGo and include your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from that dealership about your inquiry, sent through our software: the price quote you asked for, answers about the vehicle, and follow-up on that inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply START to resume. Reply HELP for help or contact support@cognitgo.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, logos, graphics, and the CognitGo name and brand — are owned by CognitGo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our written permission, except for normal personal or internal business viewing.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

Indemnification
